My name is June Melia. I studied Exercise Physiology and Athletic Training in school and have 25 years experience working in Health and Fitness as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

I help my clients discover what their patterns are, how to change them, AND hold them accountable. So that you can live the healthier life you know you want!
